W.P.3 Application Process

The process for obtaining a W.P.3 form requires two visits to the Labor Ministry Work Permit office – one to submit the packet, and another trip seven days later to pick up the W.P.3 certificate. The applicant is not required to appear – it is actually the employer who is obtaining the form. And – this packet may be submitted on behalf of an applicant who has not yet entered Thailand .
